BOND, Suzanne I.

BOND, Susanne I. ( - ) was a bird specimen preparator in the department of Birds and Mammals at the San Diego Natural History Museum. Her work preparing avian study skins was considered tops in her field. She worked at the museum at the same time Joe Jehl, Jr. did.

Bond authored several publications:

Bond died early of cancer, perhaps as a result of her occupational hazards with chemicals. This fate befell other preparators, including George Frank Breninger and Henry Hemphill.
