CUSHING, John Eldridge (1916-2001) [SS#550-46-2365], biologist and professor at the University of California Santa Barbara, who along with Marla Daily and Elmer Noble, found dwarf mammoth remains on Santa Cruz Island in 1985.
John Cushing died in Santa Barbara at age 85.
