Celebration (#) (-1989), a 41-foot sailboat that ran up on the rocks near East Fish Camp, Anacapa Island on July 28, 1989. The boat lost power and drifted into the rocks. Five Santa Barbarans were rescued, three men and two children. The mayday call resulted in the Coast Guard plucking three people out of the water about half an hour after the incident. Two others made it to shore and were picked up by helicopter.
