Emperor (#226573) (1927-1932), 61.6-foot wood-hulled fishing vessel built in Gig, Harbor, Washington. On July 15, 1932, she sprung a leak and sank six miles off Santa Barbara Island while en-route to Santa Catalina. Her crew was picked up by the U.S. Coast & Geodetic Survey vessel, Virginia.
