Farallon (#) (1930-?) [Sp., farallon = small rocky island in the sea], the Farallon Fisheries machine shop barge built by the Larco brothers in Santa Barbara in 1930. Boats of the Farallon commercial fishing fleet were repaired at the barge for almost thirty years. In 1959, she was towed out of Santa Barbara Harbor to the east end of Santa Cruz Island where she was sold to island owner Pier Gherini.
