HOLLAND, Francis Ross, Jr. (1927-2005), graduate from the University of Texas with a masters in history, and former historian with the National Park Service at Cabrillo National Monument. In addition to several articles on the Channel Islands, Holland authored America’s Lighthouses: An Illustrated History.
