June 29, 1975 [Independent Press-Telegram, Long Beach]: “Body found near Catalina. The body of a 40-year-old West Hollywood woman who apparently fell off a sailboat was found early Saturday near Santa Catalina Island, sheriff's deputies said. Passing yachtsmen found the body of Terry Stacy Lloyd at 8:14 a.m., three miles north of the Isthmus, deputies said. Officers said the woman's body was flown to the mainland in a sheriff's helicopter. They said the woman was believed to have fallen from the Via Dulce II, which is owned by Richard Igo of Beverly Hills, shortly after 3 a.m. Igo alerted the Coast Guard, but a search by a cutter and a sheriff's helicopter failed to find her. Deputies said an autopsy is scheduled.”
