Mary M (#) (-1958), fishing vessel grounded at Anacapa Island on February 24, 1958 in heavy seas, wind and rain. Stranded fishermen, Donald Marvin and and Harry Bethel, were picked up the following day by the U.S. Coast Goard Cutter Minnetonka, in a rescue effort directed by Captain Lieutenant Commander William Benkert.
