Montecito Magazine

Montecito Magazine, published by Peter Freitag, becan in 1981 as Montecito Guide. The one issue published in 1981 has El Feurides estate on the cover. Two issues in 1982 feature Casa del Herrero and Rivendale on the cover; followed in 1983 with Il Brolino and La Cuesta Roqueña. In Fall of 1983 the title changed to Montecito Magazine. A slightly taller format was engaged in 2006. The two issues a year were initially published as Spring and Fall. In 2009 they were renamed Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter.
