NOTS Pier, San Clemente Island, the Naval Ordnance Test Station pier, owned and operated by the U.S. Navy, is located on the east side of the island. The original NOTS pier was built in the mid-19th century. It was replaced half a century later.

In 1988 David Mullen was killed in a crane barge accident at NOTS pier.
