Pleasant, Santa Cruz Island is a survey station established in 1961 by W. R. H.

“The station is located on the highest point of a bare, rounded knoll about 1.3 miles west-northwest of the Santa Cruz Island naval station and about 500 feet south of the main bladed dirt road that connects the naval station with Prisoners' Harbor landing.”

The horizontal coordinates were established by classical geodetic methods and adjusted by the National Geodetic Survey in June 1996.
