1984 San Clemente Island: RED-BILLED TROPICBIRD (Phaethon aethereus). Rare regular summer and fall visitor: there are at least 11 records from 27 Jul to 21 Oct, with four being the highest number observed at one time. Most sightings are from Pyramid Cove which is regularly visited by pelagic bird watchers.
