RUSACK, Geoff (b. 1956), second child and only son of Robert C. Rusack (1926-1986) and his wife, Janice Morrison Overfield Rusack. Robert Rusack was the fourth Bishop of Los Angeles in the Episcopal Church from 1974 until his death. Geoff Rusack has an older sister, Rebecca Morrison Rusack (b. 1953). In May 1985 he married Alison Elizabeth Hunter Wrigley (b. 1958), daughter of William Wrigley.

March 17, 1985: [NYT]: “Announcement has been made by Alison Hunter Wrigley of Phoenix of the engagement of her daughter, Alison Elizabeth Wrigley, to Geoffrey Claflin Rusack, the son of Bishop Robert C. Rusack of the Episcopal Diocese of Los Angeles and Mrs. Rusack of Pacific Palisades, Calif. A May wedding is planned. The future bride, the daughter also of William Wrigley of Kale Geneva, Wis., is director of merchandising for the Landmark Entertainment Group in Hollywood, and manager of El Rancho Escondido on Santa Catalina Island. An alumna of the Phoenix Country Day School and the Latin School of Chicago, she graduated with the class of '80 from Stanford University. Her father is president and chief executive officer of the Wm. Wrigley, Jr. Company, the chewing gum manufacturer in Chicago, and president and chief executive officer of the Santa Catalina Island Company. Mr. Rusack, an alumnus of the Harvard School in North Hollywood, Calif., attended Franklin College in Lugano, Switzerland, and graduated from Bowdoin College and the Pepperdine University School of Law. He is with the firm of Haight, Dickson, Brown & Bonesteel in Santa Monica, Calif. His father also serves as the president of the board of the Harvard School and chairman of the board of the Theological Seminary in New York.”


May 19, 1985: [NYT]: “Alison Elizabeth Wrigley and Geoffrey Claflin Rusack were married yesterday at All Saints Episcopal Church in Pasadena, Calif. The bridegroom's father, Bishop Robert C. Rusack of the Episcopal Diocese of Los Angeles, performed the ceremony. He was assisted by Canon John S. Gill and the Rev. Gary R. Hall. The bridegroom is a son also of Mrs. Rusack of Pacific Palisades, Calif. The bride is the daughter of Alison Hunter Wrigley of Phoenix and William Wrigley of Lake Geneva, Wis. Her father is president and chief executive officer of the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, the chewing gum manufacturer in Chicago, and president and chief executive officer of the Santa Catalina Island Company. Susan Arnett was maid of honor and James E.
