- Dudleya blochmaniae subsp. insularis (Santa Rosa Island live-forever)
- Dudleya gnoma (East Point dwarf dudleya)
- Gilia tenuiflora subsp. hoffmannii (Hoffmann’s slender-flowered gilia)
- Pinus torreyana subsp. insularis (Santa Rosa Island Torrey pine)
