CAIRE, Mary “May” née Suich (1876-1961), wife of Arthur J. Caire. They had three children:

• Justinian Caire II (1906-1987), who married Marcia Burnheim (1905-1987)
• Olivia Lucile Caire [Swortfiguer] (1909-1993), who married George Swortfiguer (1899-1992)
• Miriam Frances Caire (1912-1999), who never married

Mary Suich's sister, Lillian Suich, married Frederic F. Caire, and thus the children of the two sisters who were married to two Caire brothers were double first cousins.

June 19, 1961 [OT]: “Deaths. Caire, Mary O., in Pleasant Hill, June 16, 1961, beloved wife of the late Arthur J. Caire, loving mother of Justinian Caire, Lucie Caire Swortfiguer and Miriam Frances Caire; dear sister of Frances A. Suich; devoted grandmother of Yvonne, Jacqueline and Justinian Caire III and Arthur ad Robert Swortfiguer. A Requiem High Mass was offered today, June 12, of 9:30 A.M. at St. Theresa's Church.
