Zane Grey Pueblo Hotel, Santa Catalina Island, four-level Pueblo Native American style house overlooking Avalon Bay built in 1926 by famous Western novelist, Zane Grey who penned more than 80 novels.

After a great life of creativity and deep-sea fishing adventure, Zane Grey died in 1939 at the age of 67.

The home was changed to a hotel and today supports a three-bedroom, two-bath "top floor penthouse with panoramic views [that] has never been rented out," along with the sixteen-room bed & breakfast plus caretaker's cottage.
